At Wallaroo Hat Company, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident in your sun protection. If you are not completely satisfied with your hat, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the hat in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the brim is protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange.
